Job Description

We are looking for a skilled BIM Architect / Modeler with a strong background in 3D modeling, coordination, and documentation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting project teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all BIM-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models for architectural projects using Revit or equivalent software.
• Collaborate with design teams to coordinate with MEP, structural, and other disciplines.
• Produce high-quality construction drawings, visualizations, and design documentation.
• Ensure BIM standards, templates, and best practices are maintained across projects.
• Assist in clash detection, model reviews, and project coordination meetings.
• Support project managers with scheduling, reporting, and project documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) is mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a BIM Architect or BIM Modeler.
