Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration as required.
• Strong accounting, reconciliation and financial reporting knowledge.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with billing, collections and audit support.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, receipts and payments per company policies.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for billing.
• Monitor delinquent owners, tenants, collections and expenses.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with RSA guideline.
• Maintain accurate financial records and timely reporting.
• Coordinate with owners, tenants, suppliers and respond to queries.
