Job Descriptions

• Able to read and understand Piping Spool drawings
• Capturing of all activities and quantities
• Price coding of each spool quantities into JD Edwards
• Good Knowledge in MS Excel and other MS Office tools
• Documentation of all Billing process and backups
• Great speed and accuracy in typing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• additional coursework in accounting or finance is a plus
• Proven experience as a billing clerk or in a similar financial role
• Proficiency in relevant billing software and MS Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
