Uniqus Consultech is seeking a Bilingual Risk Management Specialist fluent in English and Arabic to lead regulatory and risk transformation engagements across the GCC. The role requires 10–15 years of experience in Credit, Market, Capital & ALM, or Operational Risk, with prior consulting for banks or regulators.

Travel within the GCC is expected and IFRS 9, FRTB, Basel standards expertise is preferred. Ideal candidates will guide clients in risk framework design and regulatory compliance,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, or equivalent are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Support high-impact regulatory and risk transformation engagements.
• Assist in the implementation/validation of IFRS 9, FRTB & Basel III/IV, ALM, Operational Risk initiatives.
• Perform detailed risk model validations and risk assessments for financial institutions.
• Assist clients in the design, development, and implementation of robust risk management frameworks.
• Guide clients in achieving regulatory compliance, Basel standards and regional regulatory requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders to streamline risk management processes and align with global best practices.
• Actively participate in client-facing engagements, presenting findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and client personnel to deliver integrated risk management solutions.
• Contribute to the development of proposals, thought leadership, and presentations tailored for client needs.
• Support business development initiatives, proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Contribute to thought leadership, market research, industry insights, and marketing initiatives.
• Assist practice leadership in building the Risk Consulting footprint across Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC region.
