Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in marketing & communications, preferably in real estate or property development.
• Strong understanding of UAE’s real estate market, RERA regulations, and property buyer trends.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing marketing strategies and plans.
• Manage and monitor social media channels for multiple projects.
• Support the execution of PR strategies to boost media exposure.
• Assist in planning and executing brand activations, launches, and exhibitions.
• Monitor marketing expenses and prepare performance reports.
