Responsibilities

• Coordinate business communication with existing clients in the Middle East regarding IT equipment and services.
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through regular communication.
• Support ongoing sales operations and assist with documentation, quotations, and project coordination.
• Collect and organize customer feedback, market trends, and product requirements.
• Assist with administrative and logistical support as needed.
