Qualifications

  • At least three years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in financial services or management consultancy is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide bilingual executive administrative support to Partner level consultants.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements efficiently for Partners.
  • Maintain diaries for Partners, scheduling meetings.
  • Manage documents and project deliverables.
  • Prepare monthly timesheets and expense reports.
