Job summary

Kids First Group in Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic early years educator to create a warm, engaging learning environment and support children's development while introducing Spanish language and culture through meaningful activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education (or related field) and a language-strong, patient educator with EYFS awareness. UAE nursery experience is preferred, with a competitive package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Early Years or Teaching qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.
• Introduce Spanish through songs, stories, games, conversations and everyday activities.
• Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical and language development.
• Observe, assess and document children's progress.
• Adapt activities to meet individual children's learning needs.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team.
• Participate in events and the wider life of the nursery.
• Follow EYFS, safeguarding, health and safety, and Kids First Group policies.
