Job summary

OX Human Resources Consultancies is seeking a Compliance Analyst in Dubai to join the growing Compliance team. The role focuses on KYC/CDD reviews, transaction monitoring, and regulatory compliance in a regulated environment, with emphasis on supporting Chinese-speaking clients.

The candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in compliance, AML, and KYC, and be fluent in Chinese and English. Familiarity with top-tier screening tools is a plus, and professional Mandarin communication is

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Compliance, AML, KYC, CDD, or similar role.
Experience in Forex/CFD, Financial Services, FinTech, Payments, Banking, or Virtual Assets preferred.
Familiarity with AML/CFT, KYC, CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, PEP screening, and transaction monitoring.
Fluent in Chinese and English with professional Mandarin communication.
Compliance-related certification (e.g., CAMS, ICA) advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Conduct KYC, CDD, and enhanced due diligence reviews for new and existing clients.
Review client identification and supporting documentation.
Perform customer risk assessments and monitor for potential compliance risks.
Support transaction monitoring and investigation of unusual or potentially suspicious activities.
Maintain accurate compliance records and assist with audits and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Operations, Customer Support, Payments, Risk, and Management to resolve issues.
