Job summary

ClearPeaks is seeking a BI Project Lead to drive end-to-end analytics delivery for major public sector clients from Abu Dhabi. You will lead scoping, planning, and governance, translating complex data into executive-ready insights.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage design-first requirement gathering, ensure data ingestion, modeling on cloud platforms, and rigorous UAT to deliver high-fidelity dashboards while aligning with stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in the BI field with leadership of project teams.
• Experience with government/public sector in the Middle East.
• Strong data stack knowledge (cloud data warehousing, ETL/ELT).
• Extensive experience with BI visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to discuss KPIs across Finance, Procurement, HR.
• Excellent presentation skills for an executive audience.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project and resource plans with disciplined scope control.
• Bridge between technical squads and senior stakeholders to align objectives.
• Lead requirement gathering with a design-first approach and prototype validation.
• Oversee BI lifecycle from data ingestion and modeling to final deployment of dashboards.
• Ensure high-quality BI solutions through rigorous testing (UAT).
• Identify bottlenecks and risks, proposing mitigations to keep projects on track.
