Aleddo Technologies is a Dubai AI Seal Enterprise delivering AI, analytics and software solutions. We are hiring a BI Power BI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that support strategic decisions.

In this full‑time remote role, you will gather requirements from stakeholders, model data, build data pipelines, implement ETL processes, and optimize data warehouses while ensuring data quality, security, and governance across environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Power BI experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts to design efficient, scalable reporting structures.
• Experience building and optimizing dashboards and reports in Power BI; Tableau experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases; exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is beneficial.
• Background in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field; prior experience in consulting or working with financial institutions is an advantage.
• Effective communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and a collaborative mindset for cross-functional projects.

Role Description

The BI Power BI Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that support business decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing requirements from stakeholders, modeling data for efficient reporting, and building data pipelines to integrate information from multiple sources. The role involves implementing ETL processes, optimizing data warehouse structures, and ensuring data quality, integrity, and performance. The BI Power BI Engineer collaborates closely with data engineers, AI specialists, and business teams to translate complex data into clear visual stories, while adhering to best practices in security, governance, and documentation.

Qualifications
