Job summary

A leading beverage company in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Supply Chain Executive to manage customer service performance and ensure compliance in shipping documentation. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in supply chain with a focus on customer service, along with relevant qualifications such as a BBA or MBA in Operations. This role requires strong competencies in supply chain planning, customer centricity, and team management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of overall supply chain with customer service experience in the relevant industry, such as Manufacturing and FMCG.
• Experience in WMS environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement processes for documentation to export shipping, ensuring compliance.
• Maintain contact with relevant authorities for document attestation.
• Investigate customer claims and negotiate settlements.
• Manage documentation for certifications and customs.
• Coordinate with logistics for export document delivery.
• Monitor shipping damage and return loads.
• File documentation and manage email correspondence.
