Key Responsibilities
- Extend a warm and hospitable welcome to guests, embodying the vibe at FIVE, while ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Escort guests to their rooms, acquainting first‑time visitors with the offerings of the hotel.
- Offer in‑depth explanations of facilities within guest rooms, aiming to enhance comfort throughout their stay.
- Address guest requests with poise and efficiency, promptly referring specialised queries to relevant FIVE Tribe members.
- Safely handle and store guest luggage, maintaining a ‘FIVE‑styled’ level of care and consideration.
- Maintain a polished and organised luggage storage area, reflecting the meticulous standards at FIVE.
- Collect luggage from guest rooms and store them securely until the guest departs.
- Stay updated on the exclusive products and services offered at FIVE, and provide valuable insights on local attractions and business amenities.
- Proactively offer assistance to guests carrying luggage on their own, or to other guests who may need support.
- Adhere to stringent cleanliness and quality standards in the luggage storage room.
- Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities as recommended by senior management.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of and adherence to the hotel's policies concerning fire, hygiene, health, and safety.
- Familiarise yourself with all pertinent company documentation, with an emphasis on the operational standards manual for the department.
- Execute a seamless handover during shift changes, ensuring a smooth transition in service.
