Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests, assist with luggage delivery, and support departures.
  • Print and review daily arrival, departure, and in-house guest reports.
  • Coordinate luggage handling with Doormen and Valet teams.
  • Assist during emergencies and follow all fire and safety procedures.
  • Support shuttle bus boarding and arrange transportation when needed.
  • Maintain accurate Bellboy Movement records.
  • Prepare hotel vehicles for airport pick-ups, drop-offs, and transfers.
  • Keep luggage trolleys clean and ensure regular checks.
  • Assist with room moves and confirm luggage safety.
  • Provide guests with directions and information about local attractions.
  • Report suspicious activity or unattended items to management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests, assist with luggage delivery, and support departures.
  • Print and review daily arrival, departure, and in‑house guest reports.
  • Coordinate luggage handling with Doormen and Valet teams.
  • Assist during emergencies and follow all fire and safety procedures.
  • Support shuttle bus boarding, ensuring correct headcounts and arranging additional transportation when needed.
  • Maintain accurate Bellboy Movement records and ensure all concierge forms are completed correctly.
  • Prepare hotel vehicles (water setup) for airport pick‑ups, drop‑offs, and transfers.
  • Keep luggage trolleys, caddies, and luggage rooms clean and in good condition, ensuring regular checks.
  • Assist with room moves and confirm all luggage has been safely loaded for transport.
  • Provide guests with directions, travel information, and details about hotel facilities and local attractions.
  • Report unexpected VIP arrivals, external food deliveries, suspicious activity, or unattended items to the Duty/Night Manager.
  • Handle all lost and found items in line with company SOPs.
Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; vocational training is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a hotel of comparable rating.
