CAE in Dubai is seeking an experienced Bell 412 Simulator Instructor to join our world-class training team. You will deliver high-quality flight simulator instruction to pilots, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and CAE training objectives.

This role demands up-to-date knowledge of Bell 412 systems and procedures, the ability to evaluate trainee performance, and a commitment to safety and professional standards in a dynamic client-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Bell 412 Type Rating (preferred).
• 1,000 hours total flight time with Bell 412 experience.
• Experience as flight or simulator instructor (rotary-wing).
• EASA qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a dynamic training environment and adapt to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ground school and simulator training for Bell 412 pilots per regulatory requirements.
• Deliver instruction on normal, abnormal and emergency procedures and aircraft systems.
• Evaluate trainee performance and complete required documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bell 412 systems and procedures.
• Contribute to development and continuous improvement of training programs and courseware.
• Ensure compliance with CAE's Safety Management System and uphold safety standards.
