Qualifications

• Minimum of 1,000 hours total flight time with substantial Bell 412 experience.
• Bell 412 Type Rating preferred and EASA qualification.
• Experience as flight or simulator instructor (rotary-wing).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic training environment and adapt to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ground school and simulator training for Bell 412 pilots.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, GCAA and other regulations.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback with documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Bell 412 systems and procedures.
• Assist in development and improvement of training programs and courseware.
• Uphold CAE’s SMS and safety standards.
