Job summary

Watsons Nad Alsheba in Dubai is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will supervise staff, manage visual merchandising, inventory and promotions while ensuring adherence to brand standards and SOPs. A minimum of 2 years in beauty retail with strong leadership and communication is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum 2+ years in retail and team management in beauty.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support store manager in planning and directing store activities to meet targets.
• Lead staff in delivering excellent customer service and store standards.
• Monitor sales, promotions and category performance to optimize results.
• Control costs, shrinkage and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with mall management and internal teams for smooth operations.
