Job summary

Furless Beauty Institute is seeking an Operations Manager to lead education, sales and administration in a high-caliber beauty vocational training environment in Dubai. You will align programs with CIDESCO, CIBTAC and ITEC standards, ensure KHDA/DHA compliance, and drive growth for the Dubai facility with potential GCC expansion.

You will manage budgeting, scheduling, and team performance, while collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Finance to achieve enrollment and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in vocational beauty education and compliance oversight.
• Advanced knowledge of CIDESCO, CIBTAC, and ITEC standards.
• Diploma in esthetics/skin care; DHA licensure is a plus.
• Strong leadership and sales acumen.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
