• Engage warmly with guests and offer expert, personalised skincare and wellness advice
• Drive both treatment and retail sales through genuine connection and excellent product knowledge
• Support front-of-house operations, managing bookings and ensuring smooth client flow

• Stay updated on new product launches, spa promotions, and treatment benefits

Who You Are

• Fluent in English (non-negotiable), Arabic is a plus, and any other language is a fantastic bonus
• Passionate about skincare, wellness, and self-care — product knowledge is essential
