Your role @ Chanel:
Reporting to the Boutique Manager, you will be part of the sales team within our Beauty Boutique (make-up, fragrances, and skin-care), contributing to creating a loyal client database by ensuring a unique and memorable experience for each client.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Embodies Chanel values and DNA:
- Share solid knowledge of the brand, its heritage, and know-how with clients and the team
- Co-create stories with and for clients, sharing the brand culture and blending it with the clients’ personal stories
- Constantly follow the latest beauty trends and be proactive in self-learning
- Be a brand ambassador by respecting grooming guidelines at all times
To surpass client expectations:
- Create a tailor-made experience, offer personalized solutions, and ensure excellence in client service according to Chanel’s rituals and standards
- Ensure clients are welcomed properly to foster strong relationships and brand loyalty
- Develop cross-selling among all categories in the boutique
- Handle client complaints and requests effectively according to guidelines
- Build your own client database and focus on clienteling alongside your Manager
- Participate actively in beauty events and workshops organized for clients
Boutique operation:
- Ensure the Boutique is well maintained following VM guidelines
- Understand and participate in boutique operations and provide appropriate reports to your Manager
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the boutique’s success by achieving sales targets and KPIs
What you will bring:
You are passionate about make-up and beauty overall, with a strong understanding of excellent client experience. You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a great sense of initiative, and an intercultural approach.
Requirements:
You are a Beauty Advisor with at least 5 years of experience in a high-end or luxury retail environment. Fluency in English and/or Arabic is required.
