Job summary

As a senior member of the bar team, you will train staff on recipes, techniques, and presentation, while collaborating with suppliers to source premium ingredients and maintain a standout beverage program.

Qualifications

• Strong mixology experience in a premium bar or restaurant.
• Creativity with flavour and presentation.
• A teacher who raises the team around them.
• Consistent fast and organised during service.
• Fluent English.
