Job summary

Four Seasons Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking an experienced bartender to craft wines, spirits and cocktails for a discerning guest base. You will keep the bar pristine, interact with guests warmly, and promote our beverage program in a luxury setting.

The role requires 2–3 years of luxury-bar experience, deep knowledge of spirits and wine, and exceptional service and communication skills. Benefits include a tax-free salary with service charge and comprehensive staff housing and welfare

What You Will Do

• Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards
• Maintain the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Recommend drinks and provide insight into our diverse beverage selection.
• Collaborate with the team to curate new drink menu and promotions.

What You Bring

• Previous 2-3 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-end or luxury setting.
• Applicant must be age of 21 and above.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology, spirits, and wine.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to create innovative and signature cocktails.
• Attention to details and flair for presentation.
