As a Bartender at our Beach Restaurant you will craft exquisite cocktails serve refreshing beverages and provide exceptional service to our guests in a luxurious relaxed and vibrant beachfront setting. You will ensure an outstanding guest experience through warm hospitality, expert mixology and seamless operations.

What will I be doing

A Bartender will be responsible for engaging our guests during their visit, receiving/serving orders and ensuring brand service standards are met to the highest quality. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including signature cocktails, wines, spirits and non‑alcoholic drinks in line with the hotel’s standards with precision and creativity.
• Engage with guests with a warm and professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a memorable experience.
• Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of the bar menu, ingredients and pairing suggestions.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, well‑stocked bar area and organized at all times.
• Manage bar inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and requisitions are made when necessary as well as reporting shortages to management.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service regulations and hotel policies.
• Collaborate with the service and culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and efficiently.
• Keep up with industry trends, seasonal drink offerings and guest preferences.
• Assist in setting up and closing the bar, ensuring all equipment is properly handled and stored.
• Participate in training programs and stay updated on industry trends and new beverage innovations.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
