Job description
Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform opening and closing duties ensuring proper setup of the bar area and tables according to standards.
  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service adhering to departmental standards and LQA service standards.
  • Greet patrons warmly take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and at the correct temperature.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items including ingredients preparation methods and potential allergens.
  • Up-sell and promote food and beverage offers to maximize sales revenue cross-selling other dining venues when necessary.
  • Handle guest complaints and comments tactfully reporting any issues to management promptly.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance hygiene and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
  • Supervise assigned work stations and assist in overseeing outlet operations in the absence of management.
  • Collaborate with other Food & Beverage outlets during peak times or when required.
  • Attend all briefings meetings and training sessions as assigned by management staying updated on hotel services fire safety and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
