Job summary

India Abroad in Abu Dhabi is seeking enthusiastic individuals for an Entry-Level Barista role. You will craft beverages, assist customers, and learn barista skills through on-the-job training. No experience is required and training is provided.

Candidates must communicate in English, have a positive attitude, and be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Visa eligibility in Abu Dhabi is required.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required – training provided.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

• Must have own visa or be eligible for temporary employment in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cafe area and equipment.
• Greet customers and take orders with helpful suggestions.
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Prepare food items such as pastries, sandwiches, and salads as needed.
• Maintain inventory levels by restocking supplies and ingredients.
• Adhere to company policies regarding food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance.
