NH Collection Dubai The Palm is seeking a passionate Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. You will prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering warm, attentive service to guests.

You will maintain coffee station cleanliness, operate machines, and assist with stock control, ensuring consistent quality and guest satisfaction in a busy hotel environment.

Competenze

• Previous experience as a Barista, preferably within a hotel, café, or restaurant environment.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso-based beverages, and coffee equipment.
• Basic latte art skills are an advantage.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest service.
• Friendly and positive personality with good communication skills.
• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
