Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a motivated Barista in Abu Dhabi to prepare hot and cold beverages and to deliver excellent customer service in a busy environment. You will be responsible for quality drink preparation, order taking, and upkeep of the cafe area.

Candidates should have prior barista experience, a friendly attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining cleanliness and equipment maintenance. Visa or permit to work in Abu Dhabi is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Barista in a busy cafe or restaurant setting.
• Excellent customer service skills and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold beverages including coffee, latte, cappuccino and other specialty drinks.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly service.
