Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Abu Dhabi. The Barista prepares and serves coffee, tea, and other beverages, handles food preparation for light snacks or pastries, and ensures products meet quality and presentation standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include taking customer orders, operating coffee equipment, maintaining cleanliness of the bar and seating areas, restocking supplies, and following health and safety regulations. The Barista also processes payments, supports inventory checks, and collaborates with team members to ensure efficient and friendly service during all shifts.
