Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverages to standard recipes (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.).
• Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment efficiently.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and equipment.
• Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies; inform management when replenishment is required.
• Always follow health and safety standards.
• Support the team during busy hours and contribute to smooth restaurant operations.
