Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional table service to guests in line with the brand's sophisticated standards.
• Present and explain the champagne list, including tasting notes and pairing suggestions.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless, memorable dining and drinking experience.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, grooming, and etiquette.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas.
• Assist in preparing tables, refilling beverages, and ensuring orders are served accurately and promptly.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and feedback with empathy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and management to ensure smooth operations during service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, high-end bars or lounges; minimum 2 years preferred.
• Experience working in a champagne bar, wine lounge, or upscale restaurant is highly desirable.
• Must be a Italian/French/Spanish speaking with relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation and grooming standards.
• Knowledge of champagne, wines, and spirits is a plus.
