Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Bar Attendant or in a similar beverage service role.
• Ability to work confidently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
• Team player with the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage multiple beverage orders efficiently during busy service periods.
• Maintain full knowledge of the bar menu, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provide detailed descriptions and recommendations to guests when required.
• Upsell beverage items while anticipating guest needs.
• Work closely with bar and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently followed.
• Support overall service quality by maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
