Responsabilités

• Delight guests with upbeat, friendly interactions and proactively enhance their experience.
• Plan, organize, and execute banquet events including breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, and galas.
• Oversee setup of function rooms, linens, silverware, glassware, and chinaware per specifications.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Event Services, Property Operations, AV, and Housekeeping on event details.
• Oversee post-event breakdown and secure storage of equipment for the next event.
• Coach and develop team members to maintain a positive, productive work environment.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations.
