Job summary

A leading banking technology company in Dubai is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to implement, support, and optimize banking technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in computer science and have 3-4 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include bank application installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, along with excellent customer service. Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in the banking or BFSI technology domain.
• Strong understanding of banking applications, ATMs, and self-service terminals.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance in banking technology (EMV, MTIP, ADVT).

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, customize, and troubleshoot banking applications.
• Support Proof of Concept (POC) for new products and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Conduct root-cause analysis on escalated issues and provide resolutions.
• Research and contribute to technical proposals and solution documentation.
