Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service in accordance with agreed standards.
• Open and close applications on time.
• Prepare finance applications and obtain necessary approvals.
• Troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Ensure TAT is adhered to and exceed customer expectations.
• Coordinate with other departments professionally.
• Participate in regular reviews with key stakeholders.
• Prepare and provide monthly reports.
• Support customer service agents and provide technical help.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies.
