Job summary

voco Dubai Palm The Palm, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an experienced baker to join our bakery kitchen team on site at Palm Jumeirah. You will contribute to daily bakery operations, pastry production, and uphold HACCP standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include at least 2 years in bakery, with at least 1 year in the same role, knowledge of bakery and pastry, strong teamwork and communication skills, and a proactive, flexible attitude.

Qualifications

• 2 years related experience in Bakery kitchen including at least 1 year in same position.
• Knowledge of Bakery and Pastry.
• Strong background in HACCP procedures and application.
• Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills.
• A true “team-player” mentality and flexible attitude towards a diverse set of tasks.
• Excellent communication skills.
