Job summary

LET'S EAT! Food Brands in Dubai is seeking a motivated Commis Baker to join our bakery team. The role focuses on assisting with daily production and learning professional baking skills in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle doughs, pastries and breads, follow recipes, maintain cleanliness, and support the team. Immediate start preferred; prior bakery experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Can join immediately.
• Previous experience as a Commis Baker or Bakery Assistant preferred.
• Basic knowledge of bread, croissants, cookies and pastry production.
• Willingness to learn and develop professional baking skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Positive attitude, teamwork and strong work ethic.
• Experience in bakery, restaurant, hotel or central kitchen is an advantage.
