Job summary

Growe is seeking a Senior .NET Tech Lead/Architect in Dubai to drive performance, design scalable systems and guide a backend team. You will decompose tasks, review code and prototypes, and lead architecture discussions for new features.

You will mentor engineers, manage technical debt, ensure backward compatibility, and collaborate with QA during testing. Strong .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, and server-side expertise are essential, along with deep knowledge of databases and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of .NET web development experience.
• 2+ years in a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Architect role.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Requirements

• 5+ years of .NET web development experience
• 2+ years in a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or Architect position
• Expertise in .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, and C# technologies
• Strong experience with relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with asynchronous communication and event-driven architectures
• Experience with SSE, Long Polling, and WebSockets
• Experience with Unit and Integration testing
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Experience with GitLab CI or other CI/CD technologies
• Experience troubleshooting production issues via observability stacks (Grafana, Tempo, Loki, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
• Solid understanding of SOLID principles, separation of concerns, and testability
• Good written and spoken English proficiency
