Job summary

Nameless Ventures in Dubai is seeking a mid-level Software Engineer (Python / AI-ML) to join our Data & AI Engineering team. You will build production-grade Python services and collaborate with data scientists to deploy AI experiments into scalable systems powering recommendations, fraud detection, and personalization.

You’ll work with Kafka, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD, shape architecture, productionise models, and mentor peers while maintaining a product mindset and clear communication.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Backend Engineering experience.
• Strong Python experience, particularly building scalable backend services.
• Experience with Redis, Kafka and relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Comfortable contributing to architecture and technical decisions.
• Product mindset with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale production-grade Python services, APIs, event-driven pipelines and background workers.
• Help shape architecture and technical direction across the AI/ML Engineering team.
• Productionise machine learning models and data science experimentation.
• Work with technologies such as Kafka, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Partner closely with Product, Data Science and Engineering teams to build scalable AI-powered products.
• Mentor engineers, raise engineering standards and contribute to technical decision-making.
