Qualifications

• Experience as a kitchen porter or in a similar role is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate pot-washing machinery and maintain a hygienic working environment.
• Carry out general cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, washing up, and emptying rubbish bins.
• Ensure kitchen and back of house areas are kept clean as per cleaning schedule.
• Use correct PPE and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Report maintenance and hazard issues to the supervisor.
• Carry out other reasonable tasks set by Hotel Management.
