Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience as a Back-End Engineer.
• Strong banking domain experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in server-side programming languages like Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and object-oriented programming.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and deployment (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
