Job summary

Quantum Talent Group is seeking a hands-on B2B Digital Marketing & Brand Specialist to own our digital presence and reposition and grow our brand across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and wider region.

You will own website redesign, brand positioning, LinkedIn, technology content, case studies, service content, and lead generation campaigns to reach technology decision-makers. This role requires hands-on execution and deep knowledge across marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Website redesign and build a modern Quantum website that positions us as a technology staffing and delivery partner.
• Refresh our visual identity, messaging and digital assets to create a modern technology-led brand.
• Own the Quantum LinkedIn presence with content focused on technology, projects, market intelligence and specialist capabilities.
• Develop credible content across AI & Data, Cloud & Platform, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering and Digital Transformation.
• Turn successful client projects into anonymised case studies and capability stories.
• Build strong digital collateral around our technology capabilities, delivery models and contractor networks.
• Create targeted campaigns to reach CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Engineering, Data/AI leaders, Procurement and other tech decision-makers.
• Generate qualified conversations with potential clients via LinkedIn, email and website content.
• Create capability decks, proposals, one-pagers and other collateral to support sales.
• Grow relevant website traffic and measure engagement and opportunities.
