Job summary

Ejabi Co. in Dubai is seeking a result-oriented Sales Executive to accelerate revenue growth by acquiring bulk-purchase clients and expanding our B2B footprint across the UAE.

You will build a robust pipeline and drive orders from contractors, developers, distributors, and project buyers. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in bulk sales or tender handling, strong negotiation and relationship skills, and a willingness to travel throughout the Emirates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience in bulk-purchase or B2B markets.
• Experience handling tenders, quotations, or distributor accounts.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English; Arabic or Urdu is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the UAE construction market and willingness to travel across Emirates.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new bulk-purchase clients, including contractors, developers, distributors, and project buyers.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of B2B accounts and long-term customers.
• Conduct regular client and site visits to generate leads and secure orders.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, tenders, and agreements.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Submit daily sales activity reports.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending orders until closure.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and credit control for timely order execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Participate in sales meetings and support business development initiatives.
