About the role

Role: Contract
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Onsite in Abu Dhabi
Adecco is hiring a Azure DevOps Administrator for our prestigious client in Abu Dhabi.
Looking for an experienced Azure DevOps Administrator with 5+ years of hands‑on experience. Will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing our Azure DevOps environment, ensuring smooth and efficient software development and deployment processes.
Deep understanding of Azure DevOps services, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to manage and enhance our continuous integration and delivery pipelines.

What you’ll be doing

Azure DevOps Environment Management:

• Set up, configure, and maintain Azure DevOps organizations, projects, and repositories.
• Manage user access, security, and permissions within Azure DevOps.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of Azure DevOps services.

Source Code Repository:

• Administer source code repositories, including branching, merging, and code reviews.
• Implement and enforce branching strategies in collaboration with development teams.
• Ensure the integrity and security of source code repositories.

Integration with Development Tools:

• Integrate Azure DevOps with other development tools, such as IDEs and version control systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration with preferred development tools.

Build and Release Management:

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for different projects and applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline the build and release processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to builds and deployments.

Automation and Scripting:

• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and processes.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform or ARM templates.

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Set up monitoring tools to track the health and performance of Azure DevOps services and AKS cluster.
• Generate reports and metrics to assess the efficiency of CI/CD processes.

About you

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Azure DevOps Administrator.
• Proficient in configuring and managing Azure DevOps organizations, projects, and repositories.
• Expertise in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or other relevant technologies.
