Job summary

First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead Personal and Auto Loan products from design and pricing to campaigns and profitability.

You will develop growth strategies, monitor performance and customer trends, lead pricing reviews, manage dealer relationships, and collaborate with Digital, Risk, Operations, Technology, Finance and Compliance to deliver product initiatives and improve customer journeys.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing & Finance.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the banking sector.
• Strong focus on turning insight into compelling reasons to believe to drive the customer-focused agenda.
• Advanced reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Strong technical knowledge of Personal Banking products and business model.
• Excellent communication skills with a high degree of personal integrity who can deliver the desired results under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of Personal Loan and Auto Loan products including product design pricing campaigns enhancements and profitability.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve portfolio growth revenue market share and customer acquisition targets.
• Monitor product performance portfolio quality customer trends and competitive market developments recommending enhancements where required.
• Lead pricing reviews and business cases for rate changes promotional campaigns and product propositions.
• Manage Auto Loan dealer relationships and distribution partnerships to drive sales and improve customer reach.
• Collaborate with Digital Risk Operations Technology Finance Compliance and Sales teams to deliver product initiatives and improve customer journeys.
• Drive digitization initiatives across loan origination and servicing processes to improve turnaround times and customer experience.
• Track and report product KPIs including volumes balances yield revenue portfolio quality conversion rates and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure products remain compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Identify new opportunities for product innovation cross-selling and process optimization.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualification Master s degree in business management Marketing & Finance Minimum Experience 10+ years of relevant experience in the banking sector
