Job summary

FAB is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the end-to-end Personal Loan and Auto Loan portfolios. You will shape product strategy, pricing, and lifecycle management, drive growth and profitability, and ensure digital enablement while complying with regulatory and risk frameworks.

You will collaborate across Digital, Risk, Operations, Technology, Finance and Sales, manage dealer relationships, and drive digitization of origination and servicing.

• Master’s degree in business management – Marketing & Finance.
• 10+ years of relevant banking sector experience.
• Strong focus on turning insights into customer-focused actions.
• Excellent communication and integrity under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Personal Loan and Auto Loan product lifecycle including design, pricing, campaigns, enhancements, and profitability.

Responsibilities:

JOB SUMMARY / INTRODUCTION

Responsible for the end-to-end management, growth, profitability, and customer proposition of the Bank's Personal Loan and Auto Loan portfolios. The role drives product strategy, pricing, portfolio performance, customer acquisition, digital enablement, and market competitiveness while ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk frameworks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the lifecycle of Personal Loan and Auto Loan products, including product design, pricing, campaigns, enhancements, and profitability.


• Develop and execute strategies to achieve portfolio growth, revenue, market share, and customer acquisition targets.


• Monitor product performance, portfolio quality, customer trends, and competitive market developments, recommending enhancements where required.


• Lead pricing reviews and business cases for rate changes, promotional campaigns, and product propositions.


• Manage Auto Loan dealer relationships and distribution partnerships to drive sales and improve customer reach.


• Collaborate with Digital, Risk, Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Sales teams to deliver product initiatives and improve customer journeys.


• Drive digitization initiatives across loan origination and servicing processes to improve turnaround times and customer experience.


• Track and report product KPIs, including volumes, balances, yield, revenue, portfolio quality, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction metrics.


• Ensure products remain compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.


• Identify new opportunities for product innovation, cross-selling, and process optimization.
