Job summary

Apex Group in Dubai is seeking an Associate Vice President (Account Manager) to lead NAV calculations, client deliverables and reporting for hedge fund administration. You will manage a growing team of Fund Accountants and coordinate with Global Support Centers to ensure timely, accurate service for clients.

The role requires 7-9 years of experience, deep knowledge of US GAAP & IFRS, and proficiency with Paxus and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years’ experience in a similar role incorporating the above functions.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP & IFRS reporting standards for various fund structures.
• Knowledge of investor KYC and AML requirements and ability to automate processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in NAV preparation and review for hedge fund clients and manage the workflow of the team.
• Coordinate with Global Support Centers to ensure timely client deliverables and regulatory reporting.
• Lead subscription/redemption packages and liaise with auditors during the audit process.
