Job summary

Etihad Engineering in Abu Dhabi seeks a Project Officer to coordinate Technical Training administration with a focus on financial coordination for payables and receivables, scheduling, and compliance. You will support data reporting, resource planning, and customer liaison to maximize training efficiency and revenue.

You will work as a focal point for cross‑department coordination within Technical Training, ensuring accurate records and timely communications with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Related diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; or job-specific experience within a training school, airline, or MRO environment.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in administration, finance support, or training coordination within a training school, airline, or MRO environment.
• Strong experience in administration, planning, organization, customer service, and marketing support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate invoicing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy with contract terms and budgets.
• Support training program planning, scheduling, and calendar management.
• Monitor seat utilization, course fill rates, and revenue impact; adjust as needed.
• Liaise with customers and providers for efficient training delivery and quotations.
• Prepare reports on training activity, attendance, and financial performance.
• Maintain training records, documentation, and audit readiness (CAR-147 familiarity preferred).
• Assist examinations scheduling, invigilation, and related administration.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
