Job summary

Flydubai is seeking a Senior Aircraft Sheet Metal & Composite Structure Technician lead to supervise daily maintenance activities on aircraft structures, including inspections, repairs, and modifications. You will ensure work is completed safely, on time, and in full compliance with AMM/SRM, EO, SB and CMM requirements while maintaining airworthiness.

The role requires 3+ years in sheet metal and composite repairs, fluent English, and a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant aircraft maintenance field.
• Fluent in English and able to read/understand maintenance documentation.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sheet metal and composite repairs.
• Current Composite PAC and related training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of Sheet Metal and Composite Structure Technicians and allocate resources.
• Promote safety culture and coach team members.
• Perform structural inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft airframes and components.
• Ensure work complies with AMM/SRM/EO/SB/CMM and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee fabrication, repair, and replacement of metallic structures and fittings.
• Guide composite repair activities and coordinate NDT when required.
• Check maintenance documentation for completeness and accuracy for audits.
