Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, Safety, or Quality Management.
• Human Factors Training Certification (within last 2 years) required.
• Approved SMS certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PAC’s Safety Management System.
• Ensure compliance with ICAO Annex 19 and industry best practices.
• Conduct root cause investigations using FAiR and MEDA methodologies.
