Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in large-scale Infrastructure projects including aviation.
• Knowledge of applicable Project Controls software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project controls processes, tools, and procedures to monitor cost, schedule, and performance.
• Create and maintain a Master Schedule that integrates multiple project packages.
• Conduct 'What-if' analyses to evaluate the impact of changes.
• Track project progress, perform Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and prepare reports.
• Lead project controls studies, trend analysis, and risk evaluations.
